FHB@theamber is the home to smashing burgers & buns made from the most succulent of meat from Redmond Farm as part of the farmhousegrocer.ie range.

We are fully traceable because we are the source, our meatiest, juiciest burgers come from the herd of prime angus beef nurtured on our hotel’s farm.  An extensive menu so everyone can have their favourite!  Book to avoid disappointment – this is a guest favourite restaurant.

The Burger restaurant is nestled in a speakeasy setting allows visitors to relax, savour and enjoy the ambience that a winning food and good wine menus have to offer.

Serving burgers from Angus cattle reared on the Amber Spring’s own farm, the meat is dry aged, divine in taste, superb in quality, filled with flavour and cooked to perfection.

Naturally the beef takes centre stage from grass fed Angus cattle out on the farm, minutes from the hotel. The 300 acre farm is where 500 Angus cross heifers are finished annually.

Alongside the Angus herd, potatoes and vegetables are grown for use within the restaurant. All tender vegetable crops such as lettuce, tomatoes and courgettes are grown in poly-tunnels. The hotel has a full time horticulturist who nurtures growth for hotels.
