A: Deposits placed with Amber Springs are non-refundable. However, if you cancel your reservation outside our 48-hour cancellation policy, we can offer to move your reservation to an alternative date.

A: The property reserves the right to pre-authorize cards prior to arrival to guarantee the booking. Should the card decline, they also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly. If a valid credit card is not provided by 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The holding amount is for the value of your first night's stay. A pre-authorization is a holding on your credit card; it would normally show up on your bank account as a pending transaction. When you arrive at the hotel, we can either complete this transaction (keep the funds) or reverse the pre-authorization
