The safety of our guests is paramount to us and since awareness of the Coronavirus first came to our attention we have implemented procedures as part of our proactive response to endeavour to ensure guest safety.

As with any issue concerning public health we are guided by advice from the HSE / Government public health authorities who are working alongside our industry body, the Irish Hotels Federation, of which we are a member.

The IHF has been very proactive in its guidance to hotels, which we have implemented in full and are keeping under continuous daily review. These include comprehensive procedures to mitigate the risk of potential transmission.

We have a dedicated Covid-19 task team, which is headed up by our General Manager and reviewed twice daily. All of the HSE and IHF suggested actions have been implemented by our team.

In order to mitigate and reduce any introduction of the virus we would ask all visitors and guests to the hotel to follow the simple procedures as recommended by the HSE

Wash your hands properly and often.

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve when you cough and sneeze.

Put used tissues into a bin and wash your hands.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

Avoid close contact with people who are not well.

Use contactless payment wherever possible

Stay at home if you are sick to help stop the spread of whatever infection you may have.

Follow all advice from HSE in relation to COVID-19

Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.

Do not share objects that touch your mouth – for example, bottles, cups.

We are committed to taking action to the utmost level to support the safety of all.

Please rest assured, we are highly vigilant and will action all guidance and required precautionary measures as the situation develops.
