The Hotel cancellation policy is generally 48 hours prior to arrival. However, if you have booked through a third party or with a non-refundable rate, the terms and conditions vary.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival to guarantee the booking. Should the card decline, they also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and should a valid card not be provided by 2.00pm on the day of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
The holding amount is for the value of your first night’s stay. We would always recommend making bookings with credit cards when possible.
